Introduction
Please read the following terms & conditions of the Buy New Rock Boots online service agreement carefully.

By accessing the information on the Buy New Rock Boots site you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions do not access the Buy New Rock Boots site. All references to Buy New Rock Boots in this agreement shall include the www.buynewrockboots.co.uk website.

Contract Information
Any order you make through the Buy New Rock Boots website is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.
Colours and styles may occasionally vary slightly from the pictures on the website. Product prices are correct at the time the information is entered, however we reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice. The contract to purchase a product or products is made when Xtreme Footwear has received your submitted shopping basket form and has confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order.

Making a Purchase
All orders are to be paid in UK Pounds and payment is taken from your account once your order has been received by Xtreme Footwear. You can order via the internet or by calling our office on 01527 501551.
Once your payment has been accepted you will be sent an order confirmation via email with your unique order number for your own records.

If you have any problems whilst shopping on our website then just call our sales team on 01527 501551 or send them an email via the ‘contact us’ page.

Delivery
It is our aim if New Rock have your size/style in stock to deliver your order in normally 5-10 days, if for any reason we cannot fulfil your order within this time period then we will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery time. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, the customer will have the option to change their order to an alternative style or even cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order then a full refund will then be processed within 7 days.

Xtreme Footwear will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred by you as a result of a specific item not being available at a specific time.

All orders are dispatched from the New Rock warehouse direct to you by FEDEX or UPS. Once the package has been dispatched you will be sent a unique tracking number so you can view the progress of your order.

Delivery Costs
For deliveries to countries in zone 1 (see shipping and delivery costs for list) the cost is already included in the price. For delivery to any country outside this zone please email our customer service team at buynewrockboots.co.uk for a postal quote for your country before placing an order.

Customs & Import Duties
If you order from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you, Xtreme Footwear has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.

Returns Policy
New Rock takes responsibility of all manufacturing faults. You must notify us by email at sales@buynewrockboots.co.uk within 3 days of receipt the type of fault, Otherwise it will be understood that you are happy with your purchase.

No returns and/or exchanges will be accepted without written authorization of Xtreme Footwear. You should email us at sales@buynewrockboots.co.uk the reason for return and we will confirm by email if we accept and will indicate by what means.

Please note returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted by New Rock directly from you.

PLEASE NOTE for returns outside the UK mainland the package must be clearly marked with the following statement “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF CLAIMED”. If the package does not clearly state this then Xtreme Footwear may not be able to accept delivery of the return package and therefore unable to issue a refund.
