Contract Formation
Any order you make through the Buy New Rock Boots website is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.
Colours and styles may occasionally vary slightly from the pictures on the website.
Product prices are correct at the time the information is entered, however we reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice.
The contract to purchase a product or products is made when Buy New Rock Boots has received your submitted shopping basket form and has confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order.
Making a Purchase
All orders are to be paid in UK Pounds and payment is taken from your account once your order has been received by Buy New Rock Boots.

Making a purchase off the Buy New Rock Boots website could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items you wish to buy, then and add your required size and quantity then click the button marked ‘Add To Cart’.
If you want to continue shopping you can do so by adding additional items into your cart. If you enter an item into your cart and no longer require it just click on the delete cross to take the item out the cart.Once you have completed you shopping click the ‘Checkout’ option.
You will then be asked for a few address details that we need to be able to fulfil your order. We can deliver to an alternative contact/address but this MUST be specified at the time of order otherwise you will be subject to a re-delivery fee.
Once your payment has been accepted you will be sent an order confirmation via email with your unique order number for your own records.

Delivery
We offer a drop shipping service (direct from the factory to you) in partnership with New Rock and our aim is to deliver all New Rock orders within 5 to 10 days by UPS or FEDEX stock permitting.
Buy New Rock Boots will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred by you as a result of a specific item not being available at a specific time.
Delivery Cost (UK Only)
Boots are charged at £9.99 per item.
Delivery Cost (International)
For deliveries outside the UK mainland please use the shipping calculator to get a quote or contact our customer service team by email at sales@buynewrockboots.co.uk for a shipping quote for your country before placing an order.
Customs & Import Duties
If you order from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you, Xtreme Footwear has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.
Returns Policy
A full refund will be processed when non-faulty or otherwise satisfactory goods are returned within seven days of delivery but please note the original delivery charge is NOT REFUNDED.
Non-faulty or otherwise satisfactory goods returned for refund more than seven days after delivery will be subject to an administration fee of 10% of the total purchase price.
We do not accept any returns more than 30 days from the original delivery date.
Non-faulty or otherwise satisfactory goods returned more than seven days after delivery should be returned with their original packaging. In these circumstances, additional postage costs will be charged for replacement goods.You must also take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
PLEASE NOTE that returning goods under the cooling-off period allowed by the Distance Selling Regulations is at your cost unless we have supplied alternative goods that you have not found acceptable. You should take care to ensure the goods are returned to us in a reasonable condition.
Buy New Rock Boots will not accept responsibility for loss of any product being returned by the customer, therefore we recommend you use Royal Mail recorded delivery as you are then guaranteed a signature. If you do not choose to use recorded delivery then it is imperative that you obtain a free certificate of postage which should be kept in a safe place as this will be required if any return parcels go astray.

PLEASE NOTE for returns outside the UK mainland the package must be clearly marked with the following statement “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF CLAIMED”. If the package does not clearly state this then Buy New Rock Boots may not be able to accept delivery of the return package and therefore unable to issue a refund.
